INTEGRATED TRIP PLANNING
Anytime you add an item to your calendar with an address instead of a phone number or URL, the Smart Trip tool will be available to plan your trip.

SMART CALENDAR ORGANIZER
We will provide you a simple way to look at your upcoming meetings, see who you are meeting with and whether you need to plan a trip. After your meetings you'll be able to set a reminder to do your follow up.
Beta Test Responsibilities
The beta tester needs to use the product at least 2-3 times per month for trips to events or meetings. As you use the product, provide feedback to the Client Success team through your Beta Test coordinator.
